What is the leads service?

Leads

• The marketplace works well for most listings, however for certain categories more information may be required. Direct contact block between customer and transport company means the correct information can be hard to obtain and would also prove to be a lengthy process
• For the reason the quote process works in a different way to the marketplace for the listings:
  Freight Forwarding
  Air freight
  Sea Freight
  International parcels/pallets
  Furniture/General (personal effects)
• When a customer lists a quote under one of these categories and certain
  criteria are met(shown below).
  The customer is presented will the full contact details of each company from the beginning.
• The transport providers are also passed the customers contact details for which we charge a fee.

For freight forwarding, air, sea, international parcels/pallets and Furniture/General (personal effects) to be passed as leads the must meet the following criteria:

• They must be collect from or deliver to the UK.
• If the goods are commercial one of the collection or delivery points must be a commercial premises.
• If all criteria are not met or there ar no companies to allocate the lead to.
  The job is simply moved into the marketplace for bidding.
