Can I challenge wrong or unfair feedback?

If you feel feedback left is factually incorrect or unfair you can report this to DQC.

If we see any feedback we think is inaccurate we will be in touch to ask what's happened on a job. We will then make a decision to either remove or leave the feedback. If negative feedback is left it’s best to respond in a professional manor as future customers can read the response.
