What documents do you need to verify my account?

In order to verify your account we would need the following documents:

For owner-operators:

• Copy of your photo driving licence to confirm your address
• Certificate of vehicle insurance specifying use for hire and reward or use in connection with the motor trade

To also accredit the account we need to see:

• Couriers/Hauliers Goods in transit insurance
• Removals Liability insurance
• Vehicle transportation Motor trade policy

For third party logistics we require copies of:

• A VAT Certificate
• A commercial invoice
• Your certificate of incorporation

Owner operators must own their own vans, we are unable verify accounts that use rented vehicles.
