What’s your refund process?

We hold the deposit you pay when booking. In the unlikely event the transport company fails to complete the job to the specification listed on the website notify Delivery Quote Compare. If the transport provider confirms and we cannot find a suitable replacement provider we will offer you a refund.

If the transport provider can complete the job to the specification listed on the website we will not offer a refund but will offer you an on site credit for your next job booked through the website.
