Q. I have a complaint, who do I direct it to?

Answer:

Complaints in the first instance should be directed to support@deliveryquotecompare.com. You will then receive a ticket number for your complaint and will be contacted with 48 hours. Alternatively, you can call us on 0808 169 2000.

 Our office is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
