Q. What’s your refund process?


We guarantee the deposit payment. In the unlikely event the transport company fails to fulfil the job you should notify DQC. We will contact the transport company to confirm as to the reason and look to find you another provider.

If we are unable to find you an alternative we would issue with a refund of the deposit paid*

*If the transport company can complete the job as agreed and the customer decides to cancel a credit will be offered of their next booking.
