Q. What happens if I’m not in when the transport provider arrives?

Answer:

Unlike regular courier services you will be able to call the company direct and know exactly where the courier is up to, if they miss you you will be able to call them direct to discuss a second delivery or collection attempt.

You would need to make sure you are available at the time you agreed with the provider as it can take some time for a second delivery or collection to be arranged.
