What does quote request deleted, withdrawn, declined and expired mean?

Quote requests can be removed in 4 ways: 

1. Deleted - means the customer has removed the job from the website.
2. Withdrawn - means you withdrew your bid.
3. Declined - means the customer is not happy with the bid and has declined it.
4. Expired -means the job has been on the system over a month so has been removed.
